The Client:

FICCI’s IIGP is a joint initiative of the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India; Lockheed Martin Corporation; Indo-US Science and Technology Forum, FICCI; Stanford Graduate School of Business; the IC² Institute at the University of Texas at Austin and TiE Silicon Valley. The programme is aimed at identifying innovative technologies with commercial potential and transform research outcomes into commercial products, services, and processes.

Objective of FICCI:

To do audience acquisition and event execution for their roadshows.

Challenges:

» To gather the right audience

» To manage all logistics within very compressed timelines

» To ensure that serious innovators uploaded their innovations on the website set up for this purpose

Solution:

» Our calling team reached out to start-ups.

» Database profiling was done to find and invite innovators, manufacturers, and entrepreneurs of specific locations.

» End-to-end event set up was looked after.

Results:

» 450+ registrations were completed – which is above the given target!

» 20 roadshows were executed successfully in 36 days covering 20 cities.
