Our team profile
There is minimum hierarchy in CT with very few layers and a horizontal structure and an open-door policy towards all. Most of our workforce is in their twenties and thirties from diverse backgrounds and CT does not believe in any discrimination on the basis of caste, religious or political affiliation, gender etc.
