Running a Bootcamp Program for a Multinational Software Company Amidst Pandemic

The Client:

The world’s leading provider of enterprise open source solutions.

The Objective:

To organize a bootcamp program for the key partners to generate marketing awareness about their industry-leading automation platform.

The Challenge:

The pandemic took over the public sphere, because of which the bootcamp program had to be a completely online event. Since it aimed at brand awareness, the session needed to be interactive and collaborative exercises needed to be undertaken.

The Solution:

  • We designed EDM, WhatsApp invitations, e-certificates and post event communications.
  • We identified a reliable online platform with break-out sessions and collaboration features.
  • Participants were reminded through SMS and Emailers.
  • CT team members were present online as moderators
  • After a keynote and Q&A, participants were divided into 3 teams, moved into breakout rooms and given an hour to work on the cases allotted to them.
  • All the teams then moved to a common room and presented their case studies to the panel of judges.

The Result:

Both the sessions were executed smoothly. Team Channel Technologies got a positive and encouraging feedback, motivating us to execute more such interactive sessions for brand building in the future.
